Co-Founder & President
Fanni is the executive assistant-turned-entrepreneur at XM Talent Pros, as well as the Chief Business Xcelerator of XM Performance . She serves as a judge at the Admin Awards where she was recognized for her role as an Executive Assistant in 2020. She also leads a chapter of the Success Champions Networking Group.
Ross Paterson
Co-Founder
Infantry Commander, Airborne Ranger, Leading Joint Ventures in GE, Ironman Triathlete. Ross knows about tough assignments. He is a serial entrepreneur who practices what he preaches at XM Talent Pros as its co-founder. Ross’ passions: Strategic Focus, Leadership, and Building the Right Team.
Krystal Mechling
Executive Assistant
Krystal is XM Talent Pros' chief storyteller and videographer, as well as the company's first hybrid EA. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in World History and is energized by serving her team from Columbus, Ohio.
Our Story
We have been working together since 2018. A small, simple, administrative role ended up being the foundation to something spectacular. In our second year working together at XM Performance, Fanni saw the burden Ross was carrying as the owner, while he recognized her untamed talent. She took the initiative to carve out her own role as the Small Business Xcelerator (EA on steroids) and in the process helped the business grow by over 30%.
We are almost opposites in our personalities, motivations, and strengths; this enables us to cover each other’s blind spots. A power-duo, leading through the chaos of the pandemic, we were able to fill the gaps that limited most small businesses. Now we want to help you become part of a power-duo, and maybe change the world in the process.
